Georgia's Arhontiko is located in the settlement of Lipsi in a very quiet and idyllic spot only 5' away on foot from Liendou beach. 

They are 5 spacious, fully equipped and furnished studio/apartments (40 sq.m each). 

Four of the aparments are on the main floor and are for 2 persons.

Each consists of a kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, and air-conditioning, a living-room with a convertible double spaced couch, T.V.

They are fully equipped and are ideal for a couple.

Parking and Washing machine are available.On the terrace of the building exists an open space studio consisting of kitchen, bedroom with double bed and air-conditioning, bathroom and TV for 2 persons .
This penthouse studio disposes of a fantastic veranda that offers panoramic views of the port. The view with the unique sunsets of the island will amaze you.

We can provide for free a baby cot upon request.

We service the apts & studio on regular basis, which includes a twice-weekly towel and linen change.

GR : Τα διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται πάνω από τον οικισμό του νησιού σε πολύ  ήσυχη και ειδυλλιακή τοποθεσία. Απέχουν μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία  της "Λιεντού".

Πρόκειται για 4 δίχωρα διαμερίσματα πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και επιπλωμένα.Το καθένα διαθέτει κλιματιστικό και δικιά του βεράντα.

Στην  ταράτσα του κτηρίου υπάρχει ένα στούντιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει  2 άτομα ή ένα ζευγάρι με ένα μωρό προσθέτοντας ένα παρκοκρέβατο.

Η βεράντα του  προσφέρει την απίστευτη θέα όλου του λιμανιού και του νησιού. Η θέα με τα  μοναδικά ηλιοβασιλέματα του νησιού θα σας καταπλήξει.

Διαθέσιμο δωρεάν wifi και άνετο πάρκινγκ.

Γενική καθαριότητα των δωματίων δύο φορές την εβδομάδα.
